Responsibilities
- Support pipeline generation through targeted prospecting and early-stage qualification.
- Participate in discovery and demo calls, mapping client workflows to product capabilities.
- Maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce.
- Conduct market and account research.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to advance deals.
- Support proposal development and follow-up materials.
- Capture product feedback and connect insights to product roadmap discussions.
- Build strong product knowledge.
- Represent Talos at industry conferences and client events.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally within enterprise SaaS, fintech, or institutional financial services.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- High level of ownership and self-direction.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, distributed team environment.
