- Extend NestJS/TypeScript backend and React frontend. - Develop on-chain compliance architecture (ERC-3643, Solidity, Sepolia → mainnet path). - Build crypto collateral architecture across multiple asset types including XRP and stablecoins. - Enhance AI-powered underwriting pipeline (Python microservices). - Make infrastructure decisions and defend them to regulators and investors.

- 7+ years full-stack engineering, with at least 2 in Web3/blockchain. - Proficiency in TypeScript, NestJS, React, Python, and Solidity. - Experience in regulated fintech, crypto infrastructure, or B2B SaaS. - Familiarity with MongoDB, Redis, and API-first architecture. - Strong understanding of on-chain identity, compliance modules, and smart contract security.
