- Develop and maintain dashboards and tools for quality metrics.
- Partner with engineering teams on reliability and performance initiatives.
- Advocate for quality culture improvements.
- Align product strategy with technical roadmap.
- Promote best practices through design and code reviews.
- Lead AI-driven development practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience with large scale distributed systems.
- Strong background in software engineering (Python, Java, JavaScript, Go).
- Experience with observability, debugging, and profiling.
- Passion for product experience and engineering hygiene.
- Ability to collaborate and influence engineering culture.
- Experience with generative AI tools.
Conditions

- Annual base salary range: $128K-$212K.
