Requirements
- IT team leadership experience of at least 2 years.
- Experience in Agile teams.
- Architecture design experience (from scratch and developing existing systems).
- Understanding of microservice architecture.
- Experience managing product backlog and roadmap.
- Task setting for development.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience working with a large number of stakeholders.
- Banking experience is a plus (especially corporate business).
- Technical background (Java).
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Kafka.
